This company is a global travel and a leading FTSE 250 organisation.
You will be responsible for leading the Advanced Analytics team, within the wider Customer and Commercial Analytics function, and expected to develop and structure analytics challenges into deliverable projects.
Working closely with stakeholders you will be a source of expertise in data strategy, data modelling and data analytics, tasked with enhancing and refining the teams' customer segmentation and targeting approach.
You will deliver highly actionable insight in order to optimise marketing effectiveness of their different channels, and ultimately seek to improve ROI, cost savings and customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant is likely to have:
- A strong familiarity modelling techniques deployed in commercial marketing
- Advanced knowledge of SAS
- Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem solving
- A broad range of marketing channel experience
- Extensive experience of prior people management
