A leader in its field my client provides pension and financial software to a variety of multinational firms. They are privately owned and have an impressive growth plan.
Job Description:
- Review client requirements in respect of pension schemes or life and savings products, and provision of recommendations as to how best these can be supported.
- Review client processes, procedures, and mapping of these to product administration, and identify possible system enhancements.
- Support client User Acceptance Testing
- Planning, documenting and executing Quality Assurance Testing of software and configuration solutions.
- Defining and documenting business requirements to company standards.
- Provision of post-implementation support and consultancy to clients as required.
- Develop and deliver training courses for new clients as required.
- Assist clients to prepare for IT change in response to future legislative and strategic change.
Essential Skills:
- Have experience in a Pensions, Investment Management, Business Analyst or User Implementation role.
- Have excellent client facing skills.
