The CMO Summer Analyst Program trains and grows key players in today's changing economic environment, and will equip them with the knowledge and training they need to help companies and governments raise capital in new and innovative ways. The 10 week Summer Analyst program starts in June and will kick off with a week of training, followed by two rotations within CMO. In the Summer Analyst role, you will have the opportunity to network with peers across Citi through various activities including a team building activity in association with a local charity. Top performing Summer Analysts will be hired to join the following year's CMO Analyst Program.
The 10 week Summer Analyst program starts in June and begins with a one week training program in London. You will then complete two rotations with different desks. Rotations will be decided by desk availability and your preferences, however each analyst will be encouraged to experience a sales, trading or structuring desk. Top-performing Summer Analysts will return to Citi after graduation to work as a full-time Analyst.
Women in Finance is a three-day program where female students in their first and second years at university can explore what investment banking is all about. It will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you the skills to help you get through the assessment process at Citi. You'll also have the opportunity to meet and network with teams across different business areas.
