We offer extraordinary graduates 18-24 months to work and learn across different parts of our business. From Marketing, Sales & Account Management and Client Management, to Project Management, Operations/Customer Management and Finance - there's a graduate programme to suit almost everyone. Each one offers rotations across the business, enabling you to gain a better understanding of the challenges each area faces and maximise your personal development. We'll also provide plenty of opportunities to interact with senior managers, which will put you in good stead for when you complete the programme and begin a full time role with us.
In addition to our graduate programmes, we also offer an innovative Technologies Masters (MSc) programme in partnership with the University of Sussex. Giving you the chance to earn while you learn, you'll be able to study part-time for an MSc, whilst helping us create technical solutions and deliver cutting-edge IT projects for the payments and travel industries. And at the end of it all, you'll also have a great chance of securing a full-time role with us.
