£30 Monthly Amazon voucher draw by The Graduate Recruitment Bureau terms & conditions

 1.This promotion is open to UK aged 17 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees and their families.
 2.The Promoter is running a monthly draw from 15 September onwards for non-predetermined time. Each Prize Draw will be treated as a separate prize promotion and the monthly winner will be selected at random.
 3.To enter this promotion, no purchase is necessary.
 4.The monthly winner will each receive £30 Amazon voucher (the Prize), the Prize will be subject to Amazon terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored/endorsed or associated with Amazon. 
 6.The first promotion period will run from Friday 25 September to 12:00 on Thursday 22nd September. Subsequent draws will take place weekly every Friday during the promotion period to include all entries received in the previous week by 23:59 each Thursday. The first draw will take place on Friday 9 December 2011 for all entries received in the previous week by 23:59 on Thursday 15 December 2011.
 7. Monthly promotions are then carried out on the 15th of every month.
 8.The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning of or inaccessibility to the internet, unavailability of the website or incompatibility of any browsers used when attempting to enter the Monthly Amazon voucher draw by The Graduate Recruitment Bureau.
 9. The monthly winner will be notified by Facebook within 48 hours of the draw.
 10.No cash alternative is available in whole or in part. In the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the Prize Draws or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
 11.If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner using Facebook within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
 12. The name of the monthly winner can be posted on the Promoter?s website and Facebook. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and by entering the Prize Draw provide consent to take part in such publicity. Please note that, if you are under the age of 18 at the time of entry to the Prize Draw, you are hereby agreeing to participate in such publicity and publication of your personal information on the Promoter?s website in the event that you win the Prize. If you are in any doubt as to the implications of providing such consent please ask a parent or guardian to clarify matters for you and ensure that such parent or guardian consents to use of this website and entry to the Prize Draw on the basis of these terms and conditions. The Prize Winner will be contacted before publishing, to ensure that Prize Winner agreed/agrees on terms and conditions. If The Prize Winner declines, The Prize will go to the reserve winner.
 13.By entering all or any part of this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Prize Draws and the terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
 14.By entering all or any part of this promotion all entrants are agreeing to receive further marketing communications via Facebook from Continental Tyre Group. You will be given an opportunity to opt out on all subsequent Facebook communications by leaving the GRB facebook group.
 15. If 15th of the month falls to a weekend or Bank Holiday, winner will be picked on the first working day after the 15th.
