History of GRB

We are proud of our achievements to date and have established a successful graduate recruitment business model. Focus, shared values and organic growth has sustained our development and we are keen continue further along our business plan.

In 1996 the co-founders began researching the graduate recruitment market and formalised the business plan. Attracting students and graduates first was key and early relationships were established with Brighton University and Sussex University.
