Careers with GRB
The Graduate Recruitment Bureau is committed to hiring people who share our goals. Attracting people with the right attitude and skills is essential to join our team of recruitment professionals to serve our client base.
Work Environment
The GRB strives to provide a stimulating environment for all employees by giving high levels of encouragement, motivation, empowerment, control and recognition. Furthermore we operate an open door policy to management for honest and frequent two way communication.
Learning
The GRB offers a wide range of opportunities for employees to develop their skills and knowledge. Learning and development plans identify the specific needs of each individual. These needs are addressed through a combination of in-company bespoke courses, external open courses, on the job training and in-group secondments.
Training
Individual needs are identified and tailored to develop the person to reach their career objectives. On-going in house training is provided as well as external training programmes and further education courses leading to professional qualifications.
Mentoring Programme
Whilst the learning curve can be steep, the supportive culture at the GRB means that help is always at hand. We are strong team players and we want you to succeed. We operate a mentoring programme, to ensure that our trainees and staff feel supported throughout their career with us.
Appraisals
Formal appraisals are held every six months with your supervisor and the HR manager to assist in monitoring your progress, identifying future targets and assessing whether past targets have been achieved. Appraisals provide yet another opportunity for you to raise any points which you wish to address regarding your training and future with GRB.
HR Manager
Any issues regarding practice area preferences, annual leave, or general recruitment issues should be taken up with the HR manager.
